Still cannot find a fix for my static Admin page. Up until an update-fixes episode the Admin panel would update with active call and usage stats info.

Now it's a static page that requires a manual re-fresh to see what's up (and down).

Looking for ideas on how to fix this and bring it back to life? Is this possiblly an Apache issue. Its not a browser issue since my browser seems to run a live status to other PIAF systems.

How safe is the upgrade to FreePBX 2.6?

Good and correct answers will be rewarded!

thx

If you look at the "Asterisk CLI>" do you see any status messages that say "admin manager logged off" "admin manager logged on" or something to that affect every few seconds. I would imagine that there would be an error message.

Check the asterisk log file at "/var/log/asterisk/full". It is a text file and it can be very LARGE. Scroll through it looking for clues relating to amportal.

Check /etc/amportal.conf to verify that the username and passwords match /etc/asterisk/manager.conf These two files must agree. I would check that both files are configured to use 127.0.0.1 as the interface.
