NO JOY FreePBX admin logon fails

First time logging into Admin GUI and I now have some kind of error 'exception' message on the screen. This was working perfectly at last log on. I have no idea where to start to repair this problem.

I've attached screen capture.

Simple commands like fwconsole chown fail to execute
What can I try?

I would ssh in to the Linux CLI, an then

reboot
