I installed 3 different versions of piaf and they all refused to load images and css, rendering the admin page useless.
I in a moment of frustration attempted accessing it via https://1.2.3.4 instead of http://1.2.3.4 like the installer program told me to, and VOILA it worked
I couldn't find anything online about my problem so hopefully this helps someone out!
