getting PBXIAX to call me?

Ive seen a few scripts on websites, where you put in your telephone number and the number you want to call and click dial and the connected PBX will call your phone and then dial the number you punched in.

Does such a script exist in PBXIAX or a command that can be built over apache / php so:

http://PBX.local/dial_script/?extn=number on your network?dialed_number=number you want dialed

would it be difficult to create such a script?
