google voice and number of rings

I'm having an issue where when I call in, the rings that I hear on the cell phone go to 3 before I hear the extensions ring, then the extensions only ring like twice before I get forwarded on to "the google voice subscriber" message.

Any Ideas?

Dumb old google does that to me as well. I wish they would let the user set the rings. I posted to their boards about it, but I dont think they realise how important this is.
