followed section titled "Integrating Google Voice into Asterisk"
stripped away the "48" for dialing out via Google Voice as it would just be a headache for me ont he road calling into it using DISA.
I kept everything else the same and what I get is a few rings, maybe 3-5 rings then a system message stating that "all circuits are busy now, please try your call again later"
it will not even pass onto the next outbound rule.
