TRY THIS Green Incredible 11 - Reminders - No Remove for recurring?

I'm running a new PIAF Incredible PBX 11 Green install. Review Existing Reminders does not show a Remove button for recurring reminders. Module Administration -> Third Party Addons -> Reminders is shown as being version 4.0.0 and that it is not available online. This POST from 2009 indicates that version 4.0.0 did not have a Remove button for recurring reminders but that version 4.0.3 did have the remove button. Is there any way to obtain a compatible version of the Reminders module that has the Remove button for recurring reminders? Thanks!

I've taken a look at the install script at http://bestof.nerdvittles.com/applications/reminders4/

Part of what it does is to retrieve http://pbxinaflash.net/scripts/reminders.tgz Part of the contents of that file is the folder\var\www\html\reminders, which contains the files favicon.ico, index.php, reminderlist.php, and style.css The file dates (2/21/2008) and sizes of those files are exactly the same as the ones already existing in my installation, so I'm still at a loss as to how to correct the situation where the Remove button or link is missing (not sure which it would be - button or link).
