I'm having an issue with group pickup on my polycom phones and of course even though I have support they subject me to work with a reseller... blah blah blah.

Here's my issue when I try to do a group pickup *8 and dial from the phone it works just fine.

Now they have firmware on their on the Polycom phones which actually do a group pickup but only works on broadsoft pbx's.

Apparently the phone is sending To: <sip:[email protected]> when I press the group pickup key according to the phones debugger.

Now when I actually dial '* key'+'8 key' the phone sends To: <sip:*[email protected]> this is what the phone actually sends according to the debugger.

I guess my questions is ? Is there any way I can modify a file on the pbx server that can look at the request groupcallpickup and interpret that as group pickup fucntion *8.

Any feedback is welcomed.
