I just did a fresh install of PIAF purple and I get this across the command line every 3 seconds. I tried to disable module google voice and even removed it but it still keeps going.

LOOKS LIKE AN AMPORTAL RESTART CLEARED IT AFTER MODULE REMOVAL i GUESS IF YOU DON"T WANT IT YOU HAVE TO REMOVE IT

If you don't plan to use Google Voice, then change load to noload in the two lines shown below in /etc/asterisk/modules.conf. Then... amportal restart

If you do plan to use Google Voice, then don't forget to amportal restart after you add your credentials in FreePBX.

Thanks Ward that's an easy fix, as i,m outside the USA its something I will have to do on all new installs.

Gary.

Lorne,

I've never tried using a semicolon to prevent modules from loading. I've always used the noload option which, as you found out, works fine.

Those modules are probably getting loaded by default unless there is a noload option specified. In other words, if it's not explicitly defined with load/noload, load the module anyway. That's one possible explanation for why the semicolon didn't work.
