QUESTION GV disconnected in IncrediblePBX 13

I installed onto my pi2

https://sourceforge.net/projects/pbxinaflash/files/IncrediblePBX13-Raspbian8 for Raspberry Pi 2+3/

In GV motiff , one GV account is connected and the other GV account is disconnected.
I looked at /usr/src/asterisk-13.7.2/res/res_xmpp,c and it is already set to SSLv23_method..

Any suggestions?
