I have a client coming from an old key-line system and they're having issues getting used to the new world.
They have heavy traffic volume and when they engage their phone, they don't expect it to be interrupted. Is there some setting that can be set on the phone so that if they pick up the handset that the phone will act as if it is already on a call and not be interrupted?
They start to dial and then an inbound call comes in which they are on the ring-group and it stops them.
