I'm wanting to set up IncrediblePBX 2020 for someone who has multiple locations in many different states. He is using Grandstream 2160 phones currently with a Grandstream pbx. What we would like to do is have all incoming calls come to one location, and the operator can see which number was dialed to know what extension to transfer it to without asking the customer. Can anyone give me an idea if this can be done on Grandstream phones, and how to do it? If we can do this with a different phone, can you please let me know what brand and model?

Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure how the Grandstream PBX works but in IncrediblePBX, you can set up a ring group for the main number to each location and have it ring the operator. You can add a prefix to the caller-id on the ring group screen like "Eastside" or "Westside" or whatever location you want to display for the operator.

He doesn't have this with the Grandstream pbx. He has a Grandstream pbx at each location as of now. Wanting to eliminate those boxes and put it all on one IncrediblePBX install on Digital Ocean. I'll try your suggestion. Thank you.
