SOLVED Hosted Incrediblebackup2020 in cron job

Hi, looking to automate backup, copy backup file to NAS, then delete old backups by days old - once a week. Manually doing it now...

1. I can do a weekly cron job, but how do I add <ENTER> when message comes up? Is there a parm in incrediblebackup2020 to bypass <ENTER>?
2. I should be able to figure out how to copy new file to my NAS(my IP is whitelisted), any suggestions would be appreciated! Prefer rsync...
3. Then I will delete backups older than 2 weeks, I do this for voicemail, so should not be too hard.
4. Final question, should this be one cron job, or three?

PROCEEDNOW=false

to

PROCEEDNOW=true
