QUESTION how can a user disable the voicemail?

I know that it is a simple task, but for me it isn't ...
Is it possible for a user with voicemail enabled to disable it by himself?
Thanks in advance
 
There isn't an option for the user to toggle on or off, but one thought is could they forward to an extension that has no voicemail defined when needed.
