How can I change the "from" in the voicemail to email settigns?

Is it possible to change the "from" in the voicemail to email email?

By default, the "from" is the address it is being sent to. However, sometimes blackberrys filter out emails coming from your own email address.

You need to edit the vm_general.inc in /etc/asterisk.

nano -w /etc/asterisk/vm_general.inc

In that file, change the serveremail (Email address) and fromstring (Name) values to whatever you want.
