How do I add new trunk to I-Pbx?

I want to use my les.net account on the new Incredible PBX.

1. I can add the trunk in freepbx.

2. I can change the outgoing route so it uses it appropriately.

3. It doesn't show up in FOP (I guess I have to change FOP config)

4. I can make outgoing calls.

5. I can't receive calls.

I think that this is because I don't have a "hole" in the I-pbx firewall for the les.net packets to get into the system. Can anyone suggest how to do this?

Add an inbound route for the les.net DID and point it to an extension, a ring group, or an IVR.
