I have a ring group (600), and in the settings it gives me the option to 'enable call pickup' which I did (checkbox)
The help text says I can pickup a call to that group using 'directed call pickup' I then found directed call pickup code seems to be **
Do I need to permit anything in the individual extensions? Do I dial **600 to pickup the calls to that ring group?
