GO HERE How to change voice for Polly?

I'm greatly enjoying the (new to me) Polly TTS engine. So far it's working great. I'm just curious though as to how to change the voice used. It seems that it's using "Joanna", and on the AWS demo page I liked another one better. Grepping the vendor folder yields little so is the selection made with AWS or with the script?
