SOLVED How to create central speed dials on the PBX

Is there a way to create say 60 or so speed dials where users can dial 2 or 3 digits to place calls. I was thinking the secretary would manage the speed dial list

Go into "Admin" and choose "Asterisk Phonebook" and you can add speed dials there.

paulnye: And, to save you some time, you can import your Google Contacts into Asterisk Phonebook and then assign the speeddial codes within the FreePBX GUI once you have your contacts list built.
