How to generate report by specific Ext in Ring group?

Hi all,
I was wondering... when we have an inbound route that is routed to a ring group, in the CDR, it only shows the call going to that ring group. However, we need to generate reports based on the actual extensions that answered those calls in that group. Is there anyway to tell freepbx to do that?
 
Search by channel.

Use the extension in the search by channel field in the CDR.

I thought it didn't work because everytime I do that it shows most call unanswered. I guess it is correct. I'll try few more calls and check it.
Also I wonder if you had a chance to see my reply in the other post with regard to the 7940G's ?
 
Filtering by channel does not work. I've tested this over several days... When a call is picked up by someone in a ring group the CDR simply shows the call as answered by that ring group there is no separate entry indicating which actual extension in that ring group picked up that call. This makes tracking employee productivity very difficult. I wonder if there is any other suggestions or a different CDR?
