QUESTION how to install USB UPS ( Uninterrupted Power Supply) on raspberrypi

Hello Guys

I'm trying to install (software)UPS to my raspberry pbx. so if power out pbx get shutdown .
i have generic UPS with USB this is the UPS i have Prolink 1200

this ups came with software for Linux http://www.power-software-download.com/viewpower.html
but no instruction on how to install or configuration .

do you guys know how to setup ups on raspberry pbx.

also try to install using this link http://raspisimon.no-ip.org/ups.php didn't work i got the error cannot connect to server localhost on port 3551.
ERR=Connection refused
