How to remove asterisk (at least from loading) from PiaF?

Crazy question I know, but I really want the security.

How would I go about taking a PiaF install and removing everything from asterisk (loading up).

I want to experiment with setting up a webserver, however I am nervous about security. I know PiaF is hardened with iptables and fail2ban.

So unless I can find a pure centos + apache + fail2ban +iptables solution that does not come with asterisk and is still secure, I am thinking about installing PiaF and removing asterisk so I still have all the security.

Have a look in /etc/rc.local.
