How would you have it in a custom dial plan that it should ring an extension for 30 seconds and then if it doesnt pick up, it should go to an ivr rather then the extensions voicemail.
I know how to send to an extension, and how to send it to an IVR, but how do you tell it that after thirty seconds, it should go to the IVR?
