Hello!
I'm a newbie to PIAF only just having discovered it about 2 weeks ago. Since then I've been feverishly playing with it in Virtual Box with PIAF Green edition and Incredible PBX. So far I have successfully created a working Skype account machine and a working Google Voice machine without too many problems. However, I only barely know Linux (I'm pretty much Windows with VB.NET programming experience on the side).

Tonight I decided to create a third machine that works with Voip.ms. I was initially successful in configuring it to work with my softphone in both directions. Next I wanted to get PIAF configured to use my new Voip.ms account. I first installed the trunk using the provided template. I also created an inbound route to handle incoming calls directed to my softphone extension. Lastly, I brought up the create outbound route. I entered what I thought was the proper data (although I wasn't completely sure I had everything properly set up) and proceeded to hit Submit. The next thing that happened was a screen appeared and showed the following:

FATAL ERROR

INSERT INTO pinset_usage (pinsets_id, dispname, foreign_id) VALUES (None, 'routing', '') [nativecode=1054 ** Unknown column 'None' in 'field list']SQL -
INSERT INTO pinset_usage (pinsets_id, dispname, foreign_id) VALUES (None, 'routing', '')

I have no idea what I did wrong to make this happen. But now when I click on create outbound route it keeps going straight to the above error screen. I have restarted asterisk as well as completely shutting down the Virtual machine and restarting it back up. I went into FreePBX admin and attempted to create the outbound route again but I got the same error message again. I don't know if there is a way to uninstall and reinstall the program, or do I have to start over from scratch?

By the way...if I only have one trunk configured, do I have to create an outbound route at all or does the trunk serve as the outbound route?

Thanks in advance for any assistance you can lend me. I was thinking about trying to check out Vitelity as well. Does anyone have an opinion on the call quality of Vitelity vs. Voip.ms?

Thanks again...

Uninstall the pinsets module or DONT use Internet Explorer. Choose one or the other.
