i am trying to do the Wolfram Alpha for Asterisk i can dial in and it work on my sip soft phone, however i am having trouble dialing in from my cell phone.
i have

1. Enter your credentials in the Google Voice tab in FreePBX.
2. Set up an extension.
3. Create an inbound route using the 10-digit DID of your Google Voice account and point it to the extension you set up.

i am getting my Google voice mail and cant dial 4747 to test the system.
i followed this post to set up the Wolfram Alpha for Asterisk http://nerdvittles.com/?p=798

am i doing something wrong?
how do i get this to work?
thanks in advance.

Does an inbound route of any any routed to the extension work? I haven't had any success getting inbound routes based off DID from google trunks to work with the purple Piaf. I need an any any route to match them.

i still need help with this.
does anyone know how why i cant dial in from a cell phone?

ok after doing some re configuring i can dial in and it says "the person at that extension is unavailable please leave a message."
how can i fix this?

yes i think so

i think i have a working inbound google voice as a DID number but now it is saying the person at that extension is unavailable please leave a message. that is where i am stuck at now.

Do not take offense to this.

Mainly people are avoiding the whole google voice threads because if you've read any of the massive topics on GV you'd see that everyone has a similar problem with google voice that you have, eg they can't get inbound to work, or they can't get outbound to work. You name it and it's broken. Apparently the only solution is to use Freeswitch.

Or learn C/C++ and fix the jabber/jingle module in asterisk

what is Freeswitch??
