TIPS IBM Bluemix Weather Fails Issabel

I recently followed the NV article to set up IBM Bluemix with Issabel, and it works great! At least on the Yahoo News line there are no problems and the voice quality is great. But when I dial weather, after entering the ZIP, I get "Please hold while we contact ..." and then the call is dropped. Has anyone else had this issue?

@sirdotcom Have you tried a different zip code?? All I can tell you is we're using the same code in the demo IVR, and it's working. You haven't changed your MySQL root password from passw0rd (with a zero), have you?? If so, run /root/admin-pw-change and fix it.

Try your ZIP code in Option 6 of the demo and see what happens:

Check the Asterisk log: tail /var/log/asterisk/full

Check the top of the nv-weather log: more /var/log/asterisk/nv-weather-zip.txt

Check the bottom of the nv-weather log: cat /var/log/asterisk/nv-weather-zip.txt

Thanks for your reply. After checking the files and trying a different ZIP, it still terminates. However, the forecast is at the bottom of nv-weather-zip.txt. The error is something with tts in the asterisk log:

[2017-08-06 12:25:04] WARNING[723][C-00000001] res_agi.c: Could not find application ($tts)
[2017-08-06 12:25:05] WARNING[723][C-00000001] file.c: File /tmp/text does not exist in any format

EDIT: Also, the ZIP does work on your demo line

I checked the top of the file and nothing is abnormal ... compared to the Yahoo news log also. The error is coming at the end where it calls for $tts and asterisk doesn't see it as a registered application? Not sure. Maybe I'll reinstall the scripts and see if that fixes it
