SOLVED Inbound Call Will Only Go to Default Destination - Incredible PBX 3.6

I've been running Incredible PBX 3.6 on Raspberry Pi for over two years without a glitch. Recently, I added an additional incoming route (IPKall DID) and want to set a particular extension for a destination, but the calls for this incoming route continue to go the default destination (IVR). I've done this many times, so I know I'm following the correct procedure. I've rebooted the system and tried different destinations, but I'm not getting anywhere. All other incoming routes are fine. Could anyone please help.

For test purposes I decided to change the destination for the default route to my desired extension and the call rings in correctly. Still very puzzled.

Logs please. Go to /var/log/asterisk and grab the full file and find the inbound call. Likely your inbound route does not match what IPKall is sending.

Um, OK, well something is either terrible wrong or that log is not the call log.

It should have more info than that. Another way to do this is to run putty and capture the output of a live call.

I found the problem. I fat fingered the IPKall Sip URI prefix.
