NO JOY Incoming call from ring group automatically puts current call on hold

I have the same issue with a few phones setups. When a call comes in via a ring group and I am on the phone, it automatically sort of puts the first call on hold. The only way I can pick it up is by switching back to it. The phones are yealink t-26p and t-28p's.
