Incredible PBX 1.8 VM Playback Issue, just me?

I installed Incredible PBX 1.8 when it first was released and noticed a problem when I try to listen to my voice-mail messages when I log in with my phone. After I log in and press 1 to listen to my messages it says:
"First press 3 for advanced options..." then the rest of the options after you listen to a message.

So I wanted to start from scratch with the latest build, config from scratch, everything, and am still having the issue.

Is it just me?

I think I am going to delete the extension and recreate.
 
I wonder if its your phone. I have one of the Nortel 1535's on 701 and I used Ward's instructions on setting that with asterisk voice mail. It works perfectly. You hit the button and it dials the voicemail code and I get the full menu 'Comedian Mail' on down.
 
Hey, thanks for the reply. I ended up deleting the 701 extension and then recreating it. That fixed it. Maybe it was a permissions issue or some weird thing.
