I am unable to receive inbound calls using Vitelity. I have added the incoming route for my did and also made sure the ip address is in iptables. When i call the did, i keep getting "WARNING,"Rejecting unknown SIP connection from 64.2.142.90.

When I enable Allow Anonymous Inbound SIP Calls, of course it works--but obviously i do not want to do that. I have many other pbx's running on citrix xen/etc and do not have this issue. Any help would be appreciated.

It sounds like the IP address isn't listed in your trunk configuration. Are you using the correct server that was given to you in the Vitelity portal?

no, it is definitely listed just like i have it setup on all of my other pbx's

I deleted the trunk and re-created it and it is working now. Strange.
