Incredible PBX For Business Environment

As some of you will notice from my other thread, I am considering installing my first Piaf box in a commercial environment.

I have done a fair amount of playing/testing with piaf over the past year or so to get some experience. In my installs, I generally use the Incredible PBX package as it gives me more to work with and try to understand.

So, in this commercial environment, would you recommend that I install the Incredible PBX package as well? I would be interested in some of the backup solutions that are included with it for sure but may be able to install them separately but I'm not sure.

The environment will be 15 users, 1 remote office, utilizing a PRI from the local cable company.

Version 2 gets rid of the forced link to Google Voice so it should work great. Also much more secure with WhiteLists built in.

Is version 2 out yet? I haven't seen it but it wouldn't be the first time I've missed something.
