Hi everybody!

I would need some help here because I don't understand what should I do to solve this tiny problem...

My trunk providers see me as local, I mean like this:

Registered SIP Devices:
Asterisk PBX
Location: udp:127.0.0.1:5060

It's a brand new incredible pbx. I've already modified the
Code:
/etc/asterisk/sip_custom.conf
to read

Code:
externhost=myserver.dyndns.org

localnet=192.168.1.0/255.255.255.0

What should I do?

Thanks!

What does your /etc/hosts file say?

You should have 2 lines.

127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
someip somehostname.somedomain.com somehostname

It's helpful to tell us what the problem was, so others seeing this know.

It was wrong lines added in /etc/hosts

127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
someip somehostname.somedomain.com somehostname
