Polycom phones are capable of dialing alpha characters, so calling Skype users isn't a problem.

The Skype entry needs to be stored as a contact first, then dialed from within the directory to place the call.

I was able to dial the *echo123 but it did not work. I setup a speed dial following "Setting Up Speed Dials for Skype Friends".

Could the problem be my sonicwall I could try and open 5070. What are the risk?

The problem could always be a SonicWall.anything. You said you were calling the echo test, but this is what is showing in your log:

Don't open SonicWall ports!

You weren't calling yourself, were you? That would ring as circuit-busy if you used your Skype account name as the setup in Incredible PBX and then tried to call it from a Skype client registered with the same account name.

For some reason I am not getting any audio from the PBX side but audio works fine from the caller's side.
