TIPS IncrediblePBX 2020 Webmin issue

So, I'm trying to get to Webmin on my instance. I go to https://<mydomain>:9001.
I get the login prompt, but after supplying un/pw, it just shows a spinner and never
shows webmin.

What am I doing wrong or is there a solution?

Kind of related question, is it generally recommended to not upgrade CentOS through webmin?

WebMin does everything under the covers. Best rule of thumb is to use WebMin to LOOK at settings BUT DON'T TOUCH!
