ok so i download ans installed the IncrediblePBX12-Ubuntu14.04 from http://sourceforge.net/projects/pbxinaflash/files/IncrediblePBX12-Ubuntu14.04/
what i did was got me a DigitalOcean Plan for $10 bucks 1GB Ram & 30GB space for 30 days.
got in using WinSCP and placed the File into the root folde rthen putty the command to extract and install. after it was done a long while later i setup my google voice and my trunks.
after i got all that setup and i did the extensions, later i try to DELETE extensions & got my self a FATELE ERROR page in white & black text. i basicly had to re install server again.
the error was something like this
FATAL ERROR
FreePBX is Unable to Continue
