I am running Incredible PBX 13-13.7 for Raspberry PI 3B+, and Skyetel is my provider.
I have two Sangoma phones (S205 and S405) which are both pretty much at their default settings. These run at my wife's business and she tells me that both phones from time to time do not display the Hold soft key when a call is answered. I have gone on site a few times to try to catch the situation while I am there, but the hold soft key always displays for answered calls when I am there.
I logged on to both phones' Progammable Key configuration page and I do not see anywhere that allows setting soft keys in the context of an answered/active call. The settings only appear to support the on-hook state.
Does anyone have any thoughts on what might be causing the intermittent hold soft key and how I should go about troubleshooting it? I
