SOLVED iPBX-2027-D - faxing not picking up - Solved

Followed the instructions to install faxing into iPBX-2027(Debian). Only have two inbound routes, ANY and FAX.
Dialing the FAX# from cell, fax does not pickup, just goes to the ANY route...

Any ideas? I know its not much to go off of....

Did you set it on the inbound route FAX tab?

Also, be sure the FAX inbound route comes before the Any/Any route or delete the Any/Any route and create routes for each DID.

@kenn10 - yes, I did set the inbound Fax tab. Interesting a bout deleting the ANY and using the actual Did for the other incoming. Will try that...

When I do that, I get " the number you have dialed is NOT in service" message...
If I put ANY back, it rings the ANY - only... So inbound is NOT working...

Fixed - was on provider side, was set for e164, changed to 11-digits...

Leaving an Any/Any route in place after initial setup/testing is folly. You should always set up routes for the the actual incoming DID when you have more than one DID. If you don't, the Any/Any route intercepts any incoming call without regard for routes you have created afterwards.
