We have a PRI connected to our PIAF V1.2 unit and it shows the caller id name as the phone number. BUT if I put the PRI into debug with “pri debug span” I see the name displayed in the debug “Smith, John” yet ${CALLERID(name)} returns “555-555-1212″
ISDN PRI ${CALLERID(name)} returns 555-555-1212
