Issue with multiple G-Voice accounts

Hi I am running 3 google voice accounts on my pbx, but here's my issues. I need the 3rd account to go to an ivr instead of the same place as the first 2. I have set it up in the web config to go to the ivr, but it still keeps hitting my default that accounts 1 and 2 go to. I'm new to this and not sure what im doing wrong.
