Issue with Outbound Calls - Trunk and Route

Hi,

I have an issue with my outbound calls.
I'm able to receive calls but unable to make any. I'm getting a 404 error with voice msg that "the person who you are calling is unavailable.".

I have only one Trunk and 1 Outbound route and 1 phone and in the FreePBX System Status page it shows they are online.

IP Phones Online 1
IP Trunks Online 1

IP Trunk Registrations 1

Yet, in the Call reports it shows the DST = s with the disposition with FAILED and NO ANSWER.

In my Trunk i have:

Trunk Name: xnetout

Peer Details:
host=myprovider.com
username=myusername
secret=mypwd
type=peer
allow=all
qualify=yes
nat=yes
insecure=very

User Context: xnetin
secret=mypwd
type=user&peer
context=from-trunk
dtmfmode=rfc2833
insecure=very
nat=yes
allow=all

Registration String: myusername:[email protected]

As for my Outbound Route i have:

Route Name: XnetOut
Dial Patterns:
1800NXXXXXX
1866NXXXXXX
1877NXXXXXX
1888NXXXXXX
1NXXNXXXXXX
NXXNXXXXXX
NXXXXXX

Trunk Sequence: SIP/xnetout

I do know that the username/pwd and the provider address is working, because i used the same ones in X-Lite and it works fine.

My PIaF has a public IP and i have also an IVR and Queue setup that works great with the incoming calls.

My PIaF is version 1.2 with the update-scripts and updates-fixes done.

For the incoming calls i had to says Yes to Allow Anonymous Inbound SIP Calls?

When i tried the same setup and settings under VMware everything worked including Outbounds and it was behind my router with an IP of 192.168.1.100.

Any suggestions on how to fix it and/or where to look for more details on the error ?
