Just started using the IVR for the first time and got a complaint that the beep at the start of the recording is not distinct enough, so the caller does not know when to start speaking.
It comes very shortly after the user presses a key and is not very loud.
I presume that it cannot be delayed for a bit longer, but can I replace the beep.gsm file (I assume that is the file that is used) with my own beep.wav?
(Assuming that it is the 'beep' system sound that is used, I have tried modifying it via System recordings but that just seems to make a custom copy. The original 'beep' entry remains unchanged.)
