I need to setup a backline on my PBX so that inbound calls on a specific Zap Channel go to the IVR.

On other PBX's all I had to do was put in the DID number of the Analog line and it worked. However on this particular provider, the DID number does not seem to come into the system.

How can I go about assigning the DID to this ZAP channel or is there another method that I should be using?

Hi

Analogue lines do not deliver the DID.

You need to put from-zaptel in your config for the line in the zapata file.

Then use the Zap channel DID modules in FreePBX to assign a DID to a channel, then use inbound routing to assign the DID to a destination as normal.
