BUG Lame in CENTOS 7

By default lame does not exist in the centos 7 rpm repositories. I had to add a 3rd party one to install it. So out of the box emailed voicemail's get a zero byte file attached.
 
CentOS 7 is not ready for prime time in my humble opinion.
