QUESTION Limit number of outgoing/incoming calls in Wazo separately?

im looking to limit the number of outbound and inbound calls in Wazo separately. Is there a way to pull this off?
 
I am new to Asterisk / Wazo, but since no one else has answered here I will give it a try...

When you define a SIP trunk there is a field for Call limit and Connection type. If connection type is Friend the trunk is used for inbound and outbound, but if you select user (or peer) it will only be for inbound (or outbound). Thus you could use the call limit field to set the number if inbound and outbound calls per SIP trunk (or IAX trunk for that matter). I hope this is clear. If the connection type is Friend you can only control the combined number of calls, but by separating it out by user and peer you can control each one, you would just have separate configurations for inbound and outbound. I have not tried this, but this is what I understand. I hope this helps.
 
This does sound like it would make sense. I'll have to do some testing in development first before pushing this type of change out to my customer base. Unless someone else here has a more efficient solution instead of making two trunks (do these trunks need unique credentials?) to control the number of calls for each direction, I'll consider your solution.
