Linksys 3102 analog phone has a call delay

I have purple install and working fine with 2 google voice accounts. I have added my POTS line coming in and used a linksys spa-3102.

I followed instructions from freepbx.org/support/documentation/howtos/howto-linksys-spa-3102-sipura-spa-3000-freepbx

Everything seems to be working fine. I may need to adjust some volume setting but for the most part it works.

I have one little issue I need help with. I have the 3102 supporting both my pots line and an analog phone. (the analog line has its own extension) When I dial out from any of my Nortel VOIP phones i get about a 2-3 second delay after putting in the number before the line starts ringing.(I can live with that)

On the Analog line it takes about 15 seconds before the line dials out. (this I can't live with)

Does anyone know what setting I may need to tweek to get this adjusted?

I read that thread and I will look into it. I do have one question though.

Do I want the to put a dial plan in the 3102 or do I have pbxinaflash do it?
