Location of time constrains

Hey guys,

I'm looking to find the location of the data that controls the time groups and time constrains. I'm not sure if this is something in a data base or if it gets written to a config file any help locating the data.

Ultimately, the time constraints will be written to extensions_additional.conf, via the database.
