Lockups/Kernel Panic

I have been running 2 single pri Digium cards for a while and now am trying to swap one of the single cards for a dual TE212P card. When I put the TE212P card in the system tends to lockup. Once I had a Kernel Panic but have not been able to find any information in the logs on what caused it. The system typically runs between an hour and hour + half before this happens. I've talked to Digium and suggestions were to update to the latest zaptel and asterisk version, both have been done with no changes to the lockups. No they are telling me to turn off the echo cancellation to see if the problem is eliminated. Any suggestions here? I hate to have a production system go down every 1.5 hrs. Is there a way to have the system log more information so that I can find the root of the problem?
