We currenty have a server hosted at rackspace.. im new to all this pbx stuff and nix and for the life of me I cant get it running correctly..
sendmail isnt working.
i cant get our polycoms to connect to the server. ( I have read every polycom setup and nothing is working)
We currently have a broadsoft pbx server thats working great but we want to go to our own asterisk server ( cost savings)
I have put in atleast 2 weeks time trying to get it running correctly and im at a loss of what to do..
I would really like to find an expert that I can pay to get everything up and running correctly.. im pretty sure I can maintain the server once it gets up and going just need a pro to get it up and running..
We are also looking to see if its possible to do zip code based routing.. so when people call in the auto attendent picks up and based on the zip code entered the call gets routed to the correct extension.
