RECOMMENDATIONS Looking to hire someone to troubleshoot system

Hello our IT guy tried deploying an
Incredible PBX Wazo (Debian 8 Asterisk 14)

But we are experiencing many issues:
1. The calls are dropping after a 30-60 seconds
2. issues transferring calls
3. issues with vmail, or lack of vmail
4. transferring to wrong group
5. can’t save contacts

Looking for a tech we can hire to troubleshoot and use for future work. Any suggestions?

If this is a new deployment then you might be better off scrapping it and following an accurate tutorial from scratch. Maybe Wazo is a bit challenging for someone without PBX experience and you'd be better off working with 3CX or FreePBX. (All three of these PBXes have supporters in this forum.)
