RECOMMENDATIONS Looking to hire someone to troubleshoot system

Hello our IT guy tried deploying an
Incredible PBX Wazo (Debian 8 Asterisk 14)

But we are experiencing many issues:
1. The calls are dropping after a 30-60 seconds
2. issues transferring calls
3. issues with vmail, or lack of vmail
4. transferring to wrong group
5. can’t save contacts

Looking for a tech we can hire to troubleshoot and use for future work. Any suggestions?

But i think the best is asking questions on our forum. We don't provide level 1 or 2 support directly because we works with system integrators but our forum is very open and there is many people to help you. Some people from incrediblepbx ask on both.

If this is a new deployment then you might be better off scrapping it and following an accurate tutorial from scratch. Maybe Wazo is a bit challenging for someone without PBX experience and you'd be better off working with 3CX or FreePBX. (All three of these PBXes have supporters in this forum.)
