Looping causes calls to fail

I am having an issue that seems to be related to the directory option on our main incoming number which goes to an IVR. The system seems to get into a loop and will not accept calls. A reboot is needed to get this rectified. I have attached the message that continuously loops when logged into the Asterisk CLI. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas why this is happening.

This problems occurs infrequently and seems to go away when I turn off 'Enable Directory' in the IVR set up.

I am guessing that an invalid selection by a caller sends the system to this loop.
